WHAT WE BELIEVE

The Bible is God’s perfect and Holy Word. It is inerrant and infallible.

God is the Sovereign Creator of the universe and everything in it.

God created mankind as the object of His affection.

Mankind sinned against God, therefore becoming separated from God because of sin.

God sent His One and Only Son, Jesus Christ, to pay the penalty for mankind’s sin and to satisfy the wrath of God on the Cross.

Christ died on the Cross and defeated death with His physical resurrection. He has ascended to the right hand of the Father and is coming again.

Christ offers salvation freely to everyone who recognizes his/her sinfulness, turns from sin, acknowledges Christ as Lord and receives Him as Savior.

Every believer, thus saved, must begin walking in obedience to Christ beginning with water baptism by immersion.

Every believer, having been saved to a new relationship with Christ, is therefore joined to the Body of Christ, the church, which is comprised of all of Christ’s followers worldwide, and is expressed in local churches.

The mission of every believer and every church is to share the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ with all the world.
